Solid Fuel Studios LLC is only guaranteed to last for one year, as we're living off our savings. We would love to keep cranking out exciting and enjoyable experimental entertainment forever, but money will soon become a road block. If everyone who visits this site would contribute just a little bit, we could offer much more content and collectibles, without having to waste time seeking out contract work and part time jobs. We'd also have more time to put up useful web resources exposing every aspect of our projects (laying out how we're doing everything, to help others interested in setting up similar projects), and help others Portlanders promote and protect their great works.
We're planning to accept donations through Amazon Donate and Paypal, by mid-May. (currently awaiting federal EIN, so we can setup a business bank account, so we can sign up for Amazon Donate and Paypal). Until then, feel free to send anything you think would help to 235 Green Acres Lane, Albany, OR, 97321 (this is the address for someone's sweet old grandparents, and a terrible destination for letter bombs or personal visits).
We appreciate modern culture isn't really setup to accept "giving money away" to artists just to keep making art, so we'll be selling a hell of a lot of things very soon. Things you will dream about.
